It is non-licensed, therapy... aka talking with a certified life coach. Our time is an interactive experience where we discover your goals and passions and use them to help you travel down a path to the life you want. We talk like best friends and you feel supported as such, but I am able to offer key insights that level up our conversations to that of being a coach.

I explored orientations in my own way until I was able to make a clear, free choice.  My personal coaching, talk therapy, and truth are not based on orientation but rooted in the health of one's communication, ability to feel and process emotions, to Love, and be in safe partnerships. My skill is in helping others find emotional stability and alignment with whatever internal questions they may be having. With patience, Love, and nurturing I seek to get to the core issues and resolve them with grace. I am here and open to your questions. 

The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process.  I prefer to start with a 6-week commitment.

My clients feel heard, seen & understood. They get clear, feel empowered, take action & achieve new heights.  They get a fully present and listening best friend and coach, one who is able to see you at your core, not judge you and be there for you, helping you become the best version of yourself. 

1:1 coaching costs are $75 per hour, with an initial 6 sessions requested.  This means coaching is anywhere between $450 - $1,800+ depending upon your goals & their complexity.
