As one living with mental health challenges, I know what it’s like to be suicidal (twice) and need such interventions to prevent self-harm, to only then see life from a perspective of brokenness, which makes one feel ashamed to the core. In that, I don't suggest you be like me... but maybe, like me, you are like the mushroom? For... "From the Shit - Shall I Rise!" And thus, over the past 20 years, it has been in my rebuilding from suck brokenness is why I know how to walk alongside my clients, hear them, not judge them, support them, and offer critically valuable feedback. 

I am passionate about helping others and using talk therapy fulfills my soul to see you succeed! I work hard both in our sessions and after to make sure you stay on track. What makes my personal coaching special is my ability to listen.  Listening to what you are saying and what you are NOT saying, while at the same time allowing Divine Guidance and Intuition a voice. This makes for very dynamic sessions. I guarantee that at the conclusion of each session, whether we have laughed or cried or both you will feel better about yourself, clear on what's next, more confident and inspired, if this is not true, don't pay me! Really, I mean that. 

The final two keys to your success are 1. Micro-goals and 2. accountability. My coaching is for those serious about transformation and long-term results. Within "Coaching Success" you will create a weekly, monthly, and quarterly game plan, and together, with accountability, we will incrementally and assuredly accomplish your goals!   

Listen, I am familiar with what it’s like to look in the mirror and speak affirmations in an attempt to counteract the hurtful and unkind words of the mind chatter. I also know a special emotional tapping sequence that will re-write your neural pathways that will hasten your breakthrough! Clients have talked about their deepest pains and darkest memories, only to then experience such unconditional acceptance and Love through a technique I call "third party healing," where 'trans-revolutional healing' takes place and they are able to 100% leave those painful memories in the past!!! Listing healing modalities may go on and on, and it's not necessarily for me to list them here, but what's most important is for you to gain a certain level of confidence that then helps you trust me enough... to talk. And yes, even if that is just for 30 min in our first discovery call - Free.
